OUR SERVICES:
Living-room and kitchen on each floor, available for breakfast and free use; internet point, Wi-Fi area, telephone, fax, personalized itineraries, taxi reservation, luggage room (for short stays), daily cleaning of the rooms.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:
Garage (in the neighbourhood), transport from the “Residenza” to the airport (and vice versa), tour with licensed guides, intensive Italian course (with qualified teacher), evening parties with music and gastronomic specialties.
Any other request from our guests will receive our best attention.

All rooms (8 – on two floors) are with private bathroom, air conditioning and satellite TV.
Cultural opportunities are offered in the “Residenza Maritti” cellar, where a piano and exhibition areas for young artists are available and a stock of vintage wines is at your disposal.

Our guests can use the kitchen (complete with accessories), prepare their breakfast with products supplied by us, and taste our specialties in the cellar.
