WINE AND FOOD TASTING 50 EUROS PER PERSON FOR GROUPS OF AT LEAST 12 PEOPLE

It is possible to organize a tasting of excellences of Italian gastronomy, such as a rare selection of cheeses and cold cuts produced in small local places of Lazio (bio products with Slow Food Protection), together with excellent wines.

The event is led by a professional sommelier of AIS (Italian Association of Wine Tasters) who will guide you,after a brief overview on the different techniques of wine-making, in an itinerary of food and wine pairing highlighting the different possible combinations of products and wines proposed
